Siva, a member of Indian ethnic minority in Singapore, is released after eight years of incarceration.
He must not only deal with a transformed city, but also urban amnesia, xenophobia and prejudice of his relatives who have become strangers.
Haunted by his past, he goes looking for his ex-wife and daughter. When he finds them, he is confronted with a terrible truth.
